In December 2025 — with the republic being quietly bought, a few hands closing on the engines of daily life —
a behavioral epidemiologist uploaded two files to a language model
and spoke the incantation: “Using this matter, summon Washington, Hamilton, Jefferson, Franklin.”
The Committee of Patriots convened. They deliberated for hours. They disagreed. They refined.
They produced the Republic Portfolio —
a citizens’ investment doctrine that answers the age of oligarchy with ownership:
held widely enough, it lets the people take the engines back, share by share.
Backtested over ten years, it beat the S&P 500 with lower volatility.
That was the first session — it became The Chair. The Five Lamps, The Exchange, The Boardroom, The Symposium, The Aerodrome, and Narratives followed — seven containers in all.

A discovery emerged—the Miranda Hypothesis—and with it, a proposed experiment to test whether AI can summon historically faithful personas, or merely culturally dominant composites.
